Hudl Video Didnt Upload in the Correct Order

Hi Furqan,

Distressing for the problem caused at your stop.

As per your clarification, we understand that you're encountering the trouble while uploading the PDF file to the Document Set folder present in your Certificate library and nosotros've tested at our end by uploading 30 MB size of PDF file into the Document Set folder where we tin upload it ordinarily without whatever error.

Per my cognition, SharePoint Online will simply check the file blazon at the time of uploading but not the content present in it. Since there is not whatsoever restriction for the file types to be uploaded to SharePoint Online, this shouldn't be caused due to groundwork activity or whatever other.

Generally, to upload the files to SharePoint Online, we either employ the Drag/Drop feature or Upload button. Some other style is to sync your Document library using OneDrive sync client and copy/paste into the SharePoint binder in File Explorer. You tin give try by syncing your SharePoint Online Document library and check whether you tin can upload information technology to the Document Set up folder. Sync SharePoint files with the OneDrive sync app.

In addition, we would like to know more information for narrowing downwards the trouble:

a. Accept you tried accessing different browsers and trying to upload it? If no, please give a try and check the upshot.

b. Other users who're having access to this site, tin can upload the problematic file?

c. As you're trying in classic experience, tin can you switch to Modernistic Feel and check the outcome?

d. Can you try to upload the same problematic file to other certificate library or other sites to check the behavior?

Appreciate your understanding.

Best Regards,

Chitrahaas

HiChitrahaas,

Thanks for your response. I tried to upload the file in Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox only still not able to upload that file. I tried to upload the document from other users and besides in other document library but again file didn't upload. ThenI switched to Modern Experience but still didn't become any luck. Simply in Modern Experience I got the following error message both in IE and Chrome.

After looking into error message it looks similar query string "fileOffset" requires a valid value but somehow "NaN" (Javascript Not-A-Number) was passed in query string while calling ContinueUpload. May be GetUploadStatus didn't return a proper value.

Tin can yous please look into this issue?

Cheers,

Furqan
